Candle & Wax Melt Care
Thank you for choosing to support our small business for all your candles and scented homeware needs! A little care is all our products need to perform at their best
Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard and injury.
Scented Candles
- We recommend first burns of a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 5 hours for the melted wax to reach as close to the edge of the vessel as possible
- Each consecutive burn should be between 3-4 hours. Never burn candle for more than 4 hours after first burn
- Please ensure the wick is trimmed to 1/4 of an inch each burn to ensure the flame does not get too hot/high and power burn the wax. This will decrease the candles burn time and put the jar at risk of cracking
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
Decorative Candles
These were created to be used as a home statement piece. However, if you wish to burn them, please ensure to follow our safety guidelines
- Trim wick down to approximately 1/4 inch before lighting
- Never leave flame unattended or burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Place candle onto an appropriate heat safe dish to prevent wax damaging surfaces or furniture
- Store candle away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent melting or discolouring
- All our decorative come with a labelled tag, please remove this before lighting
Wax Melts
To use simply remove from packaging and place into the well of your wax warmer.
- DO NOT ADD WATER. The melts can be remelted until no fragrance is left
- NOT SUITABLE FOR CONSUMPTION AND KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS

Please allow 1-2 business days for your parcel to be packed and posted (Australia) and 1-4 business days (International), this includes standard and express orders. We always endeavour to get your parcels out to you as fast as possible. If your order is urgent, please email us prior to placing your order to see how we can help assist you.
Once your order has been shipped, Poured By Honor cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please note that We can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care

Refund policy
If your product purchased from us arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days of purchase at pouredbyhonor22@pouredbyhonor.com with picture(s) of your damaged item. Once we have accessed your claim, a replacement will be sent out to your original shipping address or alternatively, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note, colours of candle wax and wax melts may differ within
different batches. Frosting may also occur on natural soy wax products, this is nothing to be alamed about and is simply the wax rattempting to return it's natural crystallised state. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the quality of the candle or it's scent throw
Unfortunately we do not accommodate change-of-mind returns or exchanges, nor do we provide store credit, unless your item arrives damaged as outlined above. This is within your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Failure to collect or pick up your order from the post office, refusing the delivery of your order or alternatively, providing the wrong address when entering your information does not constitute a refund, and falls under ‘no change of mind’ as outlined in the return policy. Re-shipment can be arranged, at your own cost.
